Seven Lakes grad earns BVSCU scholarship
Melina Fedewa, part of the Seven Lakes High School class of 2021, is one of five winners of a $2,000 “Funding the Future” scholarship provided by Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union. Fedewa is graduating with a 4.23 GPA and plans to attend the University of Arkansas this Fall, majoring in Nursing.
This is BVSCU’s second year awarding $10,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors within the credit union’s field of membership.
“We are very excited to have (Fedewa) in the BVSCU family and to help with her educational goals, BVSCU President and CEO Yvonne Kershner said.
