On July 15 Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones presented a resolution during commissioners court, honoring the life and service of the late Chef Alex Au-Yeung of Phat Eatery in Katy Asian Town. Commissioner Briones and Queenie Au-Yeung, Alex Au-Yeung’s wife, are pictured with the resolution.
