Feng Shui is a noun. It is a Chinese term used to describe a system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (qi), and whose favorable or unfavorable effects are taken into account when siting and designing buildings.
Why should you consider Feng Shui principles when putting your home on the market?
Based on my experience, 20-30% of homebuyers consider a home’s compliance to Feng Shui concepts in their purchasing decision. So, respecting these principles mean that more buyers will be interested in your home, and therefore your house may sell for more money.
Additionally, many Feng Shui principles just make sense.
So, if you are considering selling you home and want to maximize your value, or just want to live more comfortably in your home, hit Katy Budget Books, Books-A-Million or Kinokuniya and read up on Feng Shui.
Timothy Sojka may be a Feng Shui novice, but as the broker of the See TIM Sell Team at Keller Williams, his team has sold over 2,000 homes. Tim is also the author of the Amazon #1 Political Thrillers Payback Jack and Politikill.
