Work off that Thanksgiving meal on November 27 from 7 to 11 a.m. with a fitness event for the whole family. The 23rd annual YMCA Turkey Dash will take place at the Monty Ballard YMCA at Cinco Ranch, 22807 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, featuring a family walk/run, a one-mile kids’ race for ages 3-12, a 5K timed walk/run, and a 10K timed one-mile run. Medals will be awarded to all finishers and a post-race party will include a kids’ zone and local business engagement.
