Jennifer Lowry, member of the American Legion Post 164 of Katy and of the American Legion Auxiliary 164, pays tribute to area veterans during the annual “Wreaths Across America” ceremony held December 13 at Magnolia Cemetery, at 6801 Franz Rd. in Katy. Each year, millions of volunteers and patriots gather in local, state, and national cemeteries across all 50 states and abroad to pay tribute to the nation’s servicemembers and their families through the program.
