Edibel USA officially opens Katy office housing U.S. headquarters
Sarah Zhang, CEO of Edibel USA Packaging Solutions Inc., welcomes honored guests to the company’s official ribbon cutting on December 10 at 24285 Katy Freeway Suite 615 in Katy. Among dignitaries in attendance were Alice C. Cheng, the first Asian American woman elected to serve on the City Council for the City of Stafford, and Sam Chang of the Asian Chamber of Commerce, as well as representatives from China and other parts of Asia. Members of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce supported the event as well.

Edibel USA Packaging Solutions Inc. celebrated three separate ribbon cuttings and shared information about the company through a brand showcase event on December 10 at 24285 Katy Freeway Suite 615 in Katy. The company, whose motto is “Think green, pack smart,” manufactures cost-competitive packaging materials which are 100 percent plastic-free and made from plant fibers and recycled materials. The occasion marked the grand opening of the company’s Houston facility and the official launch of Edibel’s sustainable packaging presence in the United States.
