Barry Barrios (center) recently celebrated 35 years as the Music Director at Katy First United Methodist Church at 5601 E. Fifth St in Downtown Katy. Hired in 1990, Barrios has continuously served as choir director and worship leader, worshipping with several generations of youth and adults in the Katy area. Originally from Winnie, Texas, he has made Katy his hometown.
