It all began 40 years ago in another location down the street – but on April 29, Today’s Hearing, 21542 Kingsland Blvd. in Katy, celebrated its mileston anniversary with a “patient appreciation day” and open house.

The event featured a complimentary lunch; live demonstrations of the latest hearing technology, hearing aid cleaning and care; educational sessions with staff audiologists; and door prizes and raffles.

The clinic began in 1986 and was housed at another nearby location on Kingsland. In 2020 Today’s Hearing opened a location in Sealy to bring hearing resources to that community.

The locally-owned private small business offers comprehensive audiological care, including hearing aid consultation, assessment and treatment for tinnitus, cognitive screening and other services., cochlear implant testing and mapping as well as custom earmolds and hearing protection. The clinic is an in-network provider for most major insurance companies, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage PPO plans, Memorial Hermann and Tricare.
