Coming Easter Week 2026, The Bible Seminary and Grace Fellowship Church are partnering to present Jeremiah Johnston’s “The Shroud of Turin Exhibit: An Authorized Replica,” which will be on display for eight days only.
During Passion Week, from Sunday, March 29 (Palm Sunday) through Sunday, April 5 (Easter Sunday), visitors will have the rare opportunity to engage with an authorized replica of the Shroud of Turin. This is one of the most studied and debated artifacts in history, and it will be on display in the new Discipleship Building on the Campus of Grace Fellowship at 2655 S. Mason Road, Katy.
Guests will begin with a detailed introductory documentary video and then walk through 29 interactive stations highlighting the historical, archaeological, and scientific evidence surrounding the Shroud of Turin. The exhibit features one of only seven surviving authorized replicas, created to give viewers an authentic and immersive experience.
The replica was produced using first-century flax seeds, sewn in a traditional first-century herringbone weave, and displayed to illuminate what many consider the most significant moments in Christian history: the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Admission is free, but reservations are required. Please note that no walk-ins will be permitted.
In addition to the exhibit, attendees may participate in three special seminars led by renowned scholars:
· Scott Stripling, PhD., provost of The Bible Seminary – Expert in first-century deaths
· Craig Evans, PhD., Distinguished TBS Research Professor – Expert in first-century burials
· Jeremiah Johnston, PhD., Adjunct TBS Professor and President of ChristianThinkers.com – Expert in the resurrection of Jesus
Tours will begin every thirty minutes from Sunday, March 29 through Sunday, April 5, and seminars will be available Palm Sunday, March 29 at 3 p.m.; Maundy Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 p.m.; and Good Friday, April 3 at 7:30 a.m. Ticketed reservations can be made by visiting 3JMuseum.com/shroud.
