Saigon Hustle, the Houston-born Vietnamese fast-casual concept known for its modern take on banh mi, vermicelli bowls, and bold street-food flavors, on May 4 announced the opening of its newest location in Cinco Ranch. The restaurant, located at 23703 Cinco Ranch Blvd Ste B Katy with a grand opening on May 14 — marking a major expansion milestone for the brand and its first restaurant serving the Katy and Cinco Ranch communities.


Since opening its flagship in Houston, Saigon Hustle has built a loyal following for serving fresh,

made-to-order Vietnamese fare rooted in family recipes and reimagined for fast-casual dining.

The Cinco Ranch location is the brand’s first in the Katy suburbs — a move long requested by

guests who’ve been making the drive for years.


“Cinco Ranch has been on our shortlist for a long time. Our guests out here have been asking

us to come to them, and it finally felt like the right moment to plant a flag in Katy,” said Sandy

Nguyen, co-Founder. “We grew up in Houston, and bringing the food we love to a community

we love is everything. This is more than a new address — it's a hometown moment for us.”


The Cinco Ranch location will offer Saigon Hustle's full signature menu, including its Hustler

banh mi, Pork Vermicelli bowls, Pho, and a rotating lineup of seasonal specials. Guests can

also expect the brand's full beverage program, including Vietnamese iced coffee and fresh brewed jasmine teas. Designed with the same vibrant, modern aesthetic that defines the original Houston location, the new Cinco Ranch restaurant features a friendly ordering counter built for both dine-in and takeout. The space seats approximately 60 guests and offers convenient mobile ordering, curbside pickup, and third-party delivery.
