Local author Chris R. Dimes announced April 10 the release of his new book, “Perseverance, Character, Hope: Rejoice In Our Suffering, Lessons Not Taught,” now available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Respecting that we all confront times of suffering, Chris shares a personal learning in “lessons not taught – but caught” in witness of his father’s life of overcoming suffering within the biblical context.
The book addresses themes often overlooked in traditional teaching, emphasizing the importance of embracing life’s difficulties as opportunities for transformation. It is designed for readers seeking encouragement, leadership perspective, and a deeper understanding of how challenges shape personal and professional growth.
Key themes include:
· The 4 R’s on why our loving God allows suffering
· Perseverance comes from purpose stemming from individual essence
· Character is demonstrated proof of our strength to persevere
· Hope is confidence, connection and commitment with our final hope revealed in the hope of everlasting life.
“This book was written to encourage individuals to see beyond their current struggles,” said Dimes. “In times of hardship, our purpose and essence are illuminated giving strength for perseverance, perseverance is the proof we can overcome and have hope. This hope is not merely optimism but confidence, connection and commitment to fulfill our hope”
“Perseverance, Character, Hope: Rejoice In Our Suffering, Lessons Not Taught” is available for purchase now through major online retailers.
