Want your photo featured on the cover of a publication seen by over 50,000 people? Here’s your shot!

The Katy Area Chamber’s 2026 Community & Relocation Guide Photography Contest is officially open. The chamber announced in a May 27 post on its Facebook page that the organization is searching for one stunning image that captures the spirit of Katy. The winning photo will be placed on the front cover of the chamber’s next edition of the relocation guide.

“Whether it’s hometown charm, wide Texas skies, or a unique Katy landmark, we want you to show us what makes this community special through your lens,” the post said.

The deadline to enter is August 15 and the winner will be announced on September 1.

Submit your high-resolution photo plus your name, contact information, and a brief description to info@katychamber.com.

Details for photo submission:

· Orientation: portrait (vertical) format within the parameters of 9" wide by 11.25" tall for final trim of 8.5" X 11". Live matter needs to be 3/8" within final trim parameters.

· Resolution: High-resolution images only of 300dpi minimum. Acceptable file formats: Adobe Photoshop jpeg, tiff, eps. (No png or pdf)

· Design requirements: Please ensure there is open space at the top and bottom of your photo for the headline and Chamber logo. Let’s see your vision of Katy—good luck!
