KARE hosts inaugural health fair for members
At its April 8 meeting, the Katy Area Retired Educators (KARE) group launched its very first health fair for its members, held at the L.D. Robinson building at the Gerald D. Young Agricultural Sciences Center at 5701 Katy Hockley Cutoff Road in Katy. Over 40 vendors participated, sharing information on services ranging from local hospitals and clinics to square dancing to foot care to resources for managing dementia, and more.
