Papsdorf is the Chief Transportation Officer with the Houston-Galveston Area Council where he leads the Metropolitan Planning Organization which plans, prioritizes, and invests in transportation system improvements to meet the needs of the region. He has over 30 years’ experience leading, developing, and implementing innovative, multi-modal transportation programs, plans, projects and policies as well as community and economic development and intergovernmental relations.
