Grange Unlocks $2,500 Living Spaces prize during March home tour

Homebuyers will have an opportunity to explore Grange and take home a $2,500 Living Spaces gift card during the Discover Grange Model Home Tour, March 1-15, a spokesperson for Johnson Development said in a Feb. 23 press release.

Nine professionally decorated model homes are included in the tour, with each model opening a window into a unique living space. Visitors can scan a QR code at each home to earn points toward badges. Badges can also be earned by visiting amenities. Completing all activities unlocks rewards, including a chance to win the $2,500 grand prize.

"We want people to experience all Grange has to offer," said Amanada Burke, Director of Marketing for Grange. "A room in each model home offers a glimpse into that life at a specific time of day, such as a mid-morning breakfast with a view or an evening spent in front of a glowing fire pit. Each room tells its own story."

In addition to the model homes, guests can explore Henley Park, the Katy community's one-acre outdoor amenity that features a playground, open lawn and pavilion.

Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes build in Grange. Homes in the community are priced from the high $300,000s.

This year Grange will break ground on Ricestead, a 20-acre amenity complex with a 12,000-square-foor clubhouse, co-working space, fitness center, resort-style pool, lap pool, event lawn, covered pavilion and lakes. Lining Franz Road will be a planned commercial space offering a mix of local shops and eateries.

About Grange

Grange is a 1,130-acre community by Johnson Development located near Morton Road and FM 2855 in Katy. Planned for approximately 2,400 homes, Grange began home sales in 2024 with a mix of builders offering a wide variety of floor plans. Resident lifestyle is centered on the community’s generous planned amenities, including Ricestead, a 20-acre complex that will combine pools, sport courts, expansive open space, and retail into a community hub. Young residents attend schools within the Katy Independent School District, and the district has purchased land for an elementary school and junior high school within the community.
