DAR Star of Destiny chapter donates America 250 exhibit to City Hall
Celebrating the June 30 opening of the America 250 exhibit at Katy’s City Hall are (left to right) City Administrator Byron Hebert, Katy Heritage Society President Adrienne Davitz, Susan Creech Stormer, DAR Star of Destiny Regent Laurel Cull, DAR Star of Destiny America 250 Chair Marily Frishman and Katy Mayor Dusty Thiele. The exhibit, which the DAR developed in partnership with the Katy Heritage Society, depicts historical timelines and includes information on Katy city founders J.O. Thomas, Adam Stockdick and others. It will be on display at City Hall, 901 Avenue C in Katy, through July.
