Clothed by Faith, in partnership with the Katy Area of Commerce, announced the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its newly expanded Katy facility on Wednesday, May 13 at 11 a.m. at 802 Dominion Dr. Suite 500, Katy. The community is warmly invited to attend, tour the updated space, and to celebrate a major milestone in the organization’s mission to serve families across Katy and the Greater Houston area.
The expansion significantly increases Clothed by Faith’s capacity to provide high-quality, gently used clothing to children and adults in need. As demand continues to rise throughout the region, the enhanced facility will allow the organization to process more donations, outfit more clients, and partner with more schools, agencies, and community groups.
“Meeting the growing need in our community requires space, volunteers, and heart. This expansion represents all three,” said Deysi Crespo, Executive Director at Clothed by Faith. “We’re grateful for the support that made this possible and excited to welcome the public to see how their generosity is changing lives.”
The ribbon cutting will include a brief program with remarks from organizational leaders followed by a tour of the expanded facility . Light bites and refreshments will be provided.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Clothed by Faith encourages attendees to bring a donation of new socks or underwear (any size) to help stock essential items for clients.
