JOANNE CLAIRE GREAVES DYER, of Richmond, TX, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024. Joanne was born in New Brighton, PA on May 28, 1937, and is preceded by her husband Robert Frank Dyer, PhD, her parents Theodore George Greaves and Mabel Claire Davies Greaves, her brothers Theodore Greaves and Todd Greaves.

Joanne is survived by her three sons and six grandchildren: Rob and Simone Dyer, parents of Mitchell and Nathan; John and Tammi Dyer, parents of Allison and Catherine; Derek and Jennifer Dyer, parents of Kaylie and James. Joanne spent her entire career as an elementary school teacher in Metairie, LA. Her passion for teaching was also evident in the many bible studies that she led in both New Orleans and Katy, TX.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the International Treasure House Ministries, Inc., 27219 Boaters Crossing Drive, Katy, TX 77493. The Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Grace Fellowship, 2655 S Mason Rd., Katy, TX 77450 beginning at 11:00 am.
