Waller Co Courthouse groundbreaking
Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Waller County Courthouse were held in Hempstead on Wednesday, March 20th. Shown left to right are Commissioner Justin Beckendorff, Commissioner Kendric Jones, Judge Trey Duhon, Commissioner Walter Smith, and Commissioner John Amsler. Construction of the building, being built on the site of the old courthouse which was recently demolished, is expected to take up to 24 months, officials said.
