TDECU announced on August 21 that it has earned a 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award, which recognizes organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures.

Winners of the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Awards are determined by an anonymous employee survey conducted by Energage, an HR research and technology company. The results are calculated based on employee responses to statements about their workplace experiences, which are proven indicators of high performance.

“This award is a testament to our teammates’ commitment to creating a wonderful work experience through collaboration and care,” TDECU Chief Human Capital Officer Qiara Suggs said. “A positive work environment doesn’t just empower our employees. Suggs said that exceptional member experiences begin with exceptional employee experiences. The credit union expects to move into a new office in the Galleria area towards the end of 2025.
