Sueba USA has opened its latest upscale residential community, San Paseo, situated at 1724 Partnership Way in Katy, the company announced in a November 18 press release. The San Paseo development is comprised of 273 Class-A apartment homes and 20 exclusive two-story townhomes, each offering distinct living experiences and high-end amenities.
San Paseo is strategically located near the northeast corner of I-10 and the Grand Parkway, less than a mile north of I-10 and in close proximity to major west Houston employment centers, outdoor trails, and shopping hubs like Katy Mills Mall, Memorial City Mall, and CityCentre. The property is also adjacent to two other Sueba USA-developed communities, San Tierra and San Remo.
The San Paseo community features a range of high-end amenities, including a resort-style pool, ultra-luxe leisure spa and lap pool, outdoor cabanas and grilling areas, a 24-hour Cross-Fit inspired athletic center, a Net Café with complimentary computers and printer, co-working spaces, podcast room, and a gourmet coffee bar. The community also provides complimentary covered parking and app-enabled access at all entry gates for added convenience.
The apartment homes at San Paseo boast sophisticated interiors with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and luxurious bathrooms with custom-framed mirrors and walk-in showers in most units. Acquired in 2007 as part of the expansive growth wave transforming the Katy area, the land on which San Paseo stands has seen significant enhancements.
