It’s almost football season, Tiger town!
To help get in the spirit, season tickets are going on sale Aug. 5-9 at the Activities Secretary’s office (located on the west side of Sealy High School) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Season ticket holders from last year will have first priority for their seats through Aug. 9. Beginning Aug. 12, tickets that have not been sold will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis at the high school. All visitors to Sealy High School must report to the front office.
Those who have reserved seats and know they will not be buying them this year, should call Karen Naida (979-885-3515 ext. 3) or e-mail her at knaida@sealyisd.com.
There will be five home games, five away games, and one open date. The home games are as follows:
Aug. 30 vs. Wharton, Sept. 13 vs. Waller (Homecoming), Oct. 4 vs. Brazosport (Special Olympics), Oct. 25 vs. Bay City (Pink Out) and Nov. 8 vs. Needville (Senior Parent Night).
Prices for reserved seats: Middle Section Rows 1-18 with backs $50; Section B Reserve $45.
Adults and students will have an opportunity to buy advance tickets Wednesday through Friday during lunches.
Attention senior Tiger fans: Sealy ISD is offering free general admission passes for all home athletic events to senior citizens. The senior citizens' passes are lifetime passes, which means seniors do not have to come every year to get a new pass.
To qualify, you must be 60 years of age or older. The Senior Citizens Pass will get you into all sporting events in Sealy. The pass does not include out of town games or reserved seats. To get a free pass, stop by the high school office and present proof of age.
