Rob Rosenberger, CEO and co-founder of Blackdragon, addressed the general assembly of the Katy Area Economic Development Council on Tuesday, November 14th and explained how his innovative consulting firm uses crowdsourcing to develop a network of experts in government relations, corporate affairs and business growth. Rosenberger also described other “out of the box” strategies in place at the company, including peer review and peer-approved performance pay. The firm specializes in helping their clients win government contracts.
