Royal ISD Board President Scott Hartman on has been selected for the 2026–2027 Leadership TASB program, the district announced in an August 5 post on Facebook.

Out of board members from across Texas, Hartman is 1 of only 36 selected through a competitive committee process to participate in the prestigious leadership development program.
