Royal ISD announced March 21 that RHS Falcon Kimberly Pedraza was selected as one of 12 students from across the state chosen to represent 4A schools at the state competition May 10-11. Kimberly is the first ever state qualifier in the Theatrical Costume Design contest from Royal ISD.
