FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS – For family fun, fall photos and pumpkins galore, visit “The Great Pumpkin Round Up” at The George Ranch this fall.

As part of their year-long 200th anniversary celebration, “The Great Pumpkin Round Up” is bigger and better than ever. The pumpkin extravaganza has moved to the recently opened George Ranch’s state-of-the-art Visitor Center.

“The Great Pumpkin Round Up” is a fall favorite for Fort Bend showcasing an extraordinary display of pumpkins, gourds, squash and fall floral and fauna created by local designer Lucas Chavez. With a venue change for the annual event, guests can enjoy the new Visitor Center along with the Ranch artifacts woven into the autumn display creating perfect backdrops for selfies or family photos all along El Arroyo Seco. And best of all, there’s pumpkin-themed games for the entire family to enjoy.

“The new location for this year’s ‘Great Pumpkin Round Up’ is one of the most picturesque vistas on The George Ranch,” said The George Ranch Executive Director Adrienne Barker. “Guests will enjoy the new site surrounded by vintage oak trees by the creek, along with our new Visitor Center. It’s the perfect way to spend a fall Saturday with the family and enjoy all that The Ranch has to offer.

“The Great Pumpkin Round Up” will be at The George Ranch every Saturday beginning October 12th and running through November 16th. Admission to the fall display is included with park admission, which is $16 for adults, $12 for children and children under the age of four are admitted free.
