Primrose School of Fulshear is now actively enrolling children and hiring teachers and staff ahead of its anticipated opening in January 2027, helping meet growing demand for high-quality early learning and care for local families.
Designed to support children’s learning and development from infancy through pre-kindergarten, the new school will provide families with a nurturing, research-informed early education experience led by caring, qualified educators. Backed by more than four decades of experience serving families nationwide, Primrose School of Fulshear is part of the Primrose Schools® community and will offer the exclusive Balanced Learning® approach. This approach helps children develop academic skills, social-emotional growth and character development through purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers. The curriculum is complemented by the Balanced Learning® App, which integrates hands-on learning with age-appropriate technology to foster creativity, problem-solving and healthy technology habits.
“As a mother of two and a Primrose franchise owner for nearly a decade, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for children to have a nurturing environment where they feel safe, build confidence and develop a love of learning,” said Kelly Hammons, franchise owner of Primrose School of Fulshear. “As more families have moved to Fulshear, we began hearing from parents who wished they had that same experience closer to home. We’re excited to help meet that need, build meaningful relationships with local families and grow alongside the Fulshear community.”
Conveniently located at 330 Huggins Drive, Primrose School of Fulshear is now accepting enrollment inquiries and seeking passionate educators to join its founding team.
School Highlights • Approximately 14,000 square feet of classroom and learning space • 12 classrooms designed to support a range of developmental stages • A convenient location near Primrose Park in the growing Fulshear community • Four playgrounds and a sports court designed to support outdoor play
As part of its commitment to the community, Primrose School of Fulshear will build on the charitable initiatives established by franchise owner Kelly Hammons at Primrose School at Waterside Estates, including annual donations, community events and partnerships with local organizations such as Lunches of Love, Isaiah House and Fulshear Little League. Through these programs, the new school aims to make a positive impact on Fulshear-area children and families beyond the classroom.
