Dominion International Group broke ground on June 7 on Anserra, an industrial property just north of I-10 on Anserra Trail. The property will have two new construction Class A buildings offering up to 715,920 square feet of divisible space. The property boasts exceptional frontage and visibility from I-10 and offers generous parking, the developer said.

Building I is located at 28347 Katy Freeway, with 205,895 square feet of industrial space designed for distribution. Building 2, at 28119 Katy Freeway is a 509,975 square foot industrial space designed for distribution.

The development is expected to be completed in 2025.
