Mustangs fall in round 4 of Region III baseball playoffs

Katy ISD’s Taylor High School Mustangs faced Kingwood in the Region III playoff matches but came up short in the two-game series.
In game one on May 22 at Rice University Taylor lost to Kingwood by a score of 2-1.
In game two May 23 at Klein Forest, the Mustangs lost 8-4.
Taylor finishes the season with a record of 26-13-1.
