Memorial Parkway JHS cheerleaders make All America Team, participate in Disney World’s Thanksgiving parade
The following cheerleaders made the All American Team and represented Katy ISD’s Memorial Parkway Junior High at Disney World’s 2024 Thanksgiving parade. Pictured (left to right) are Arianna Ybanez, Rheagan Howe, Brooklyn Poss, Julia Walhof, Isabella Miranda and Rayne Harris. Two other cheerleaders who made All American Cheerleader but who did not travel to the event were Shelby Ruiz and Henley McTavish (not pictured). The criteria for being recognized as an All-American cheerleader usually include mastery of skills, leadership, performance, sportsmanship and teamwork and awards and recognition. Memorial Parkway Junior High is located at 21203 Highland Knolls Dr., Katy.
