The property spans over 250 acres with homes to be built by HistoryMaker Homes, Ashton Woods, and Brightland Homes, with lots ranging from 4,800, 5,400, and 6,000 square feet respectively. The development is designed to foster a tight-knit community, complete with a community pool, a pavilion and walkable trails throughout the property. Trez Capital provided a $24 million loan for the refinance of the Azalea community along with financing the development of 242 lots within the master-planned village. With homes starting in the $300s, this project has broken ground as of Q3, 2024.
