Katy Rice Harvest Festival draws attendees with perfect weather
Headliner Neal McCoy and band open the Katy Rice Harvest Festival entertainment line-up on Sunday, Oct. 11 just after noon, with a beautiful rendition of “How Great Thou Art.” The event, a partnership of the City of Katy and the Rotary Club of Katy and sponsored by title sponsor University of Houston, raised money for scholarships for Katy ISD students.
