Katy ISD has announced dates for its monthly immunization clinics for the spring 2026 semester, according to a January 6 email from the district to the Katy Times.
Clinics will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Professional Development Annex at 6361 S. Stadium Lane in Katy on the following dates:
· February 5
· March 4
· April 2
· May 6
No appointments are necessary. Enter through the Pavilion Annex doors.
Parents should bring the following documents: “Parent notification of Immunizations Due” form from the campus nurse, the student’s immunization record and insurance card (if insured).
Costs vary according to the number of vaccines received:
· One vaccine: $15
· Two vaccines: $25
· Three vaccines or more: $35
Payments via cash, credit card or debit card are accepted.
Immunizations are provided by Texas Vaccine Institute, 21811 Katy Freeway, Suite D102 in Katy.
