Katy Christian Ministries holds its Transforming Lives Gala
Katy Christian Ministries held its annual Transforming Lives Gala Sept. 15 at Safari Texas Ranch in Richmond.
The gala is KCM’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It provides funding for its year-round operations and programs. This year marked the 19th year that KCM has hosted the gala.
The gala featured both a silent and live auction with dozens of items up for bid. Noted auctioneer and former Waller County Judge Glenn Beckendorff served as auctioneer. State Rep. Mike Schofield, whose district includes much of Katy, served as master of ceremonies.
