Caroline Mays, director of TxDOT Planning and Modal Programs, will be the featured speaker at the Hwy 36A Coalition’s luncheon on May 2.
Mays will provide an update on her work with TxDOT, including discussions of 36A and how the proposed mobility corridor aligns with key state priorities. As Director of Planning and Modal Programs, Mays is responsible for the management and control of the Aviation, Maritime, Public Transportation, Rail and Transportation Planning and Programming divisions. According to her LinkedIn profile, Mays has over 20 years of experience in freight transportation planning; International trade, cross-border transportation, corridor planning, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) planning; systems management and operations; and transit planning.
