Houston TX Hot Chicken – which bills itself as an industry leader in quality, never-frozen fried chicken -- is expanding its stores throughout the state of Texas. On June 15, the restaurant chain is opening its second Texas location at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd in Katy -- the brand’s 15th location nationwide.

The Katy community is invited to join the new restaurant’s Grand Opening community event from noon to 3 p.m. for a chance to enjoy the tastiest hot chicken Houston has to offer. The community event full of spicy fun will include:

· $1,000 “Houston, We Have a Problem” (HWHAP) Spice Challenge Contest* (waiver required).

· A display of supercars & exotic cars

With a menu that includes hot chicken sandwiches, tenders and more, HHC offers fresh (never frozen), organic, cage-free, antibiotic-free and hormone-free food alongside an exciting and elevated service standard. HHC will serve a full menu of delicious offerings, such as their House Favorite, Cheesy Hot Chicken Sandwich, Texas Caesar Salad, Fusion Fries, and Tenders with Slaw, among other dishes. Houston TX Hot Chicken’s success lies in its featured ingredient: chicken! With unwavering high standards, HHC ensures that each chicken served is fresh (never frozen), organic, cage-free, antibiotic-free and hormone-free. The store will have a soft opening beginning June 1. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
