Please join the Highway 36A Coalition on August 20 at 11:30 a.m. to hear from Carroll Robinson with TEX-21 and Phyllis Saathoff with Port Freeport. Carroll G. Robinson is an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Political Science at Texas Southern University’s Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs. He will speak on TEX-21, a 20+ year old collective, grassroots effort to improve the transportation infrastructure in the States of Texas and Oklahoma. Phyllis Saathoff, CEO of Port Freeport will give an overview of all the progress that is happening at the port.
