Harris County Constable for Precinct 5 Ted Heap’s office is seeking the public’s help tracking down Zhujing “Sam” Li, 56. Charges have been filed against Li for the alleged assault of a 15-year-old girl at a Katy area spa.

“The teenager, accompanied by her parents, was assaulted while getting a massage at a licensed business in the 900 block of Westgreen Boulevard earlier this year,” a statement from the constable’s office said.

Investigators looking into the case found that Li is also wanted for similar charges at a massage parlor in New Orleans. At the time of the alleged assault in Louisiana, Li was working as a masseuse under the alias of James or Jason O. Cha.

Li is about 5-feet-5-inches tall and about 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. It is believed that he has lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Houston and Dallas.

If you or someone you know has any information regarding Li’s whereabouts, the lead can be provided to Crime Stoppers of Houston. Information leading to the identification, charging or arrest of suspects in the case may earn a $5,000 reward. Tips may be called in at 713-222-8477.
