Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones has invited the Katy community to provide feedback on shaping the future of the Katy East community’s needs for transportation, green spaces and housing. Set for April 20th from 12 to 2 p.m. at Morton Ranch Elementary School, 2502 N. Mason Road in Katy, the event is designed to brainstorm ideas for enhancing bicycle and pedestrian connectivity, introduce new housing options and preserve community character, said a Facebook post from the Precinct 4 office.

Briones will also host another stop on her “2024 listening tour” of Precinct 4 – this one in the Energy Corridor/Memorial area – where residents can speak up about the issues that matter to their neighborhoods.
