Local social media pages are always asking the question: Where can I eat in Katy after 10 p.m.?

Now, there’s a new answer.

Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta has opened at 1522 W Grand Pkwy S in Katy, in the Kroger center at Highland Knolls/Bay Hill Blvd. It’s the first location outside Dallas-Fort Worth for a family-run chain that started in 2010, when founder Alex Frijat went from delivering pizzas to opening his own kitchen with scratch-made recipes.

The new restaurant is open until 3 a.m. every night of the week. “Whether it's a Tuesday at 1 a.m. or a Saturday after the crowd clears out, the kitchen is running and the food is fresh,” a company spokesperson told the Katy Times. “Late night is kind of our thing.”

Delivery is also available through Zio Al’s online ordering system. Check the order page at https://zioals.com/katy for delivery zones and hours. “We cover a solid stretch of Katy, so chances are good we can get to you,” the company spokesperson said.

Walk-ins are always welcome and orders can be placed in-store or online.

Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta serves hand-tossed pizza on dough made fresh daily, plus pasta and wings, every night until 3 a.m. Halal options are available.
