Alexis Sadira Moussavizadeh, 27, of Flagstaff, Arizona passed away on September 19, 2021.

Alexis was born on May 28, 1994 to Kelli Guilford and Paul Moussavi in Ft Hood, TX. After graduating from Jasper Troupsburg High School in 2012, Alexis graduated from the State University of New York in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications and a minor in Sociology. She aspired to continue her education with either an MBA or a Law degree in order to help those in need.

Alexis was the Regional Leasing and Marketing Manager at Landmark Properties, Inc. and had recently accepted a position as the Director of Marketing at Mills Properties. An achievement she was incredibly proud of and looking forward to in St Louis, MO. Alexis absolutely loved her career and met many wonderful colleagues who became like family to her. She was truly invested in mentoring young professionals and giving back as other mentors had so graciously given to her.

All people die, but not all people live. Alexis lived! She packed so much life into her twenty-seven years. She traveled extensively, chased her dreams, worked in a profession she absolutely loved and was treasured by her friends & family. Her laugh was loud and infectious. If you were Alexis’ friend, you had her loyalty and love for life.

Alexis is survived by her loving parents, Kelli and Shane Guilford and Paul Moussavi and Mona Salinas; her sister and best friend, Ariana Moussavizadeh; her adoring brothers, Jackson and Landon Moussavi; her proud grandparents, Barbara Peraldo and Houssein and Libby Moussavi. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be greatly missed by her beloved cat, Chester.

A Celebration of Alexis’ Life will be held on Saturday, October 30th at 2pm at the Conejo Mountain Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory, 2052 Howard Rd, Camarillo, CA.  Reception to follow.

Those wishing to make memorial gifts may do so in Alexis’ memory to the Coconino Humane Association, P.O. Box 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86002 to benefit the building of an outdoor cat habitat.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation for the generous outpouring of love and support from family, friends, co-workers and employers.
