Royal had a good number of students named to the District 10-4A, Division II All-District football team after a very strong season in which the Falcons finished second in district, only lost two games and made it back to the playoffs. more
The tournament, hosted by Katy ISD, brings together great teams from throughout the state all of which will come together this Thursday-Saturday to compete at Katy ISD high schools and both Rhodes and Legacy Stadium. more
“Some teams think they can lock down one or two girls and that’s it, but were so unique because we have so many people that can all attack and score,” Robinson said. “This team doesn’t have a weakness because if one of us is off, there’s always another to pick them up." more

The Houston Texans announced that Coach Cameron Campbell is the team’s recipient for the 2022 Inspire Change Changemaker Award. The NFL created this inaugural award to recognize individuals who are making a difference in their communities through social justice work across each of the NFL’s 32 club markets. Known as “Coach Cam,” Campbell was recognized at the Dec. 18 Kansas City Chiefs-Houston Texans game at NRG Stadium. more
Katy’s Seth Davis, Johnathan Hall and Arian Parish all celebrated their commitments to play at the next level last week as they held a signing ceremony at the school. more
“We have learned to play together as a team and we play really well that way,” Wold said. “We’re making that extra pass, giving it to the open player it just brings the energy level up for the entire team. It’s hard to play us when the whole team is in it together like that.” more
