The West Houston Association has announced a special forum focusing on the significance of planning in development.  Titled “Collaborating for Quality Growth,” the half-day event will be held on Friday, July 28th, at the West Houston Institute, 2811 Hayes Road, Houston, 77082 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This forum will feature three panels each providing a unique perspective on the role of planning in development.

Byron Hebert, city administrator for the City of Katy, will participate in the initial panel.
