Boardwalk Lofts, Katy’s newest luxury, loft-style apartments, has opened as part of the first phase of Katy Boardwalk District where the 319-unit property is now hosting tours and accepting new resident applications for its one, two, and three-bedroom plans.
A development of Sueba USA and its affiliated companies, Boardwalk Lofts is located at 122 Lakeview Way within the future Katy Boardwalk Districts’s lakefront dining and entertainment destination, immediately south of Katy Mills Mall with convenient access to the Grand Parkway and Energy Corridor.
Sixteen modern floor plans, ranging from 480 – 2,087 square feet, feature chef-inspired kitchens with under-mount sinks and tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and custom granite countertops.
