Tompkins outside hitter Skylar Skrabanek was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Star game this past week, as the junior will play some of the top athletes in the state next summer.

Tompkins’ Skrabanek named to TGCA All-Star game
Tompkins outside hitter Skylar Skrabanek was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Star game this past week, as the junior will play some of the top athletes in the state next summer.
The teams consisted of 24 of the best players from Class 5A and 6A, and Skrabanek was chosen for the Blue team.
Skrabanek ended this season with 325 kills, 457 digs, 22 blocks and eight assists as Tompkisn won the District 19-6A title and made a playoff run all the way to the Class 6A state championship game, making their first regional tournament, regional final, state tournament and state final in the process.
The game will be played July 24, 2023 at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland.
