Tompkins Colt Tenpenny finished 37th overall at the Class 6A State Golf Tournament, shooting 10 over for the tournament.
Tenpenny shot an opening round 79 before following that up with a 75 on the second day of the tournament to improve his score.
Plano West’s Matt Comegys won the tournament by shooting eight under over the course of the two days, while Austin Westlake won the team title, finishing 11 under as a team.
