Louis LeRoy Davis, Jr., age 87 of Katy, passed away on December 31, 2020.  Lou (Papa-Lou) was born in Centreville, MS. He attended college at LSU and University of Houston. From college he completed his tour of duty in the United States Army as a financial officer and had the privilege of playing many Golf Tournaments as a Pro.  He even won a few. He met his wife, Sandy at a golf course in which he was the Golf Superintendent. Lou and Sandy were married for 30 years until her passing in 1993. They had 3 children. 

In 1995, Lou and Joyce were married and resided in Katy. Lou had many jobs, but his most rewarding was being a houseparent at Boys Country, a Christian Boys Home and working at Brookwood, a home for disabled. He was a deacon at the Baptist churches he attended.   

Louis is preceded in death by his parents Louis LeRoy and Georgia Rae Davis, Sr., and wife Sandra Ann Davis. Survived by his wife Joyce Davis, daughter Stacy Davis, daughter LuAnn Miller and husband Kenny, Son, Louis Tuffy Davis and wife Vicki, stepdaughter Natalie Lofton, and stepson Jacky Warren. Sister, Esther Culver and husband Jerry. Grandchildren Alec Bray and wife Natalie, Alyssa Bray. Step grandchildren Kellen Miller, Chase Miller, Shelby Purcell and Travis Field, Ashley Moreno and husband Mike, Kodi Lofton, Randy Warren, Chris Warren and four great grandchildren.
