Anita Braun Johnson, 100, died Oct. 29, 2020, in Round Rock.
Visitation will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, with the family present from 4:30-6:00 p.m., at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Burton.
Mrs. Johnson was born June 18, 1920, in Burton, TX, to John and Dora (Betke) Braun. She was a retired school cafeteria worker.
Survivors include her son, James Herzog of Round Rock; daughter-in-law, Judy Freeman of Round Rock; grandchildren, Bea Herzog, Jamie Herzog, Julie Herzog, Joy and Amber Lundeen-Herzog; great-grandchildren, Samantha and Austin Garretson, Iyanna Herzog, Glenn Phillips Jr., Kai Lundeen-Herzog, Kaylani Lundeen-Herzog, Kayden Lundeen-Herzog and Kingston Lundeen-Herzog; and sister-in-law, Dora Braun.
She was preceded in death by Alvin Herzog, Zebulon Johnson and Ray Herzog.
Memorials may be given to Compassus Hospice.
