Three girls win gold for Stars Gymnastics at Simone Biles Invitational
Three gymnasts from Katy’ XCel Silver team from Stars Gymnastics won golds at the 2022 Simone Biles Invitational, which was held on Jan. 28.
Bridget Foley placed first on the balance beam, first on the floor exercise and won the all-around in the XCel Silver senior division, while Sophia Blakeney earned a gold on the uneven bars and was second in the all-around among seniors.
In the junior division, Maria Rojas D’Cesare placed first in the vault and took home the silver in the all-around.
