The Katy ISD Education Foundation announced on October 9 that this year's annual “Fireflies & Foodtrucks” fundraising event has been set for Thursday, November 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at No Label Brewery, 5351 First Street in Katy. The event will feature live entertainment by The Pictures Band plus all-access to Houston-area food trucks and award winning No Label brews.


The Katy ISD Education Foundation celebrated a spectacular milestone this year with $3.5 million awarded in twelve years of “Inspiring Imagination” teacher grants. Fireflies & Foodtrucks and its proceeds play a key role in reaching these milestones and will continue to garner much-needed support as the foundation’s grant program expands, organizers said in a press release. The foundation’s 13th grant cycle begins this fall, awarding grants to teachers in May 2025.


Party packs of six earn a 15% discount with code partypack24. Admission for the event is $70 per person, paid in advance. All tickets include complete event access to foodtrucks and No Label brews. VIP tickets add private indoor party area with select beer and food menu.
